I am a native of Nashville, TN. I attended Nashville State Technical Institute and Vincennes University. I served 22 years as a full time Military Personnel Technician in the Tennessee Army National Guard. I retired with the rank of Sergeant First Class/E7. I have 1 son and 2 grandchildren, ages 13 and 11.
My Real Estate education includes a special designation as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). PSA enables me in guiding clients in understanding pricing, valuations and providing comparable information which help the client through anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. Whether buying or selling, the client deserves the best information available.
I also carry the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation. This special training allows me to provide assistance to current and former U.S. military service members in finding housing solutions and being able to take advantage of available benefits and support.
